Olympic has integrated the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into our strategies, committing to respecting human and labor rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption efforts, as reflected in our policies.
Beyond commitments, we have also mapped the impacts we have on people, planet and prosperity as well as the financial sustainability related risks and opportunities that can impact the viability of our business.

We operate within the blue energy sector, providing vessel services to ocean renewables, energy infrastructure, and offshore oil and gas projects. Our services make a significant contribution to a just energy transition and enhancing energy security, leveraging the goals of EU Green Deal.
We are also committed to taking urgent action to combat climate change by implementing strategies to reduce the climate footprint of our activities, offering vessel services with a low climate footprint, and enhancing climate resilience of our assets, operations, and business model.

Olympic acknowledge that we through our activities can have an impact on people, planet and prosperity, both positive and negative, direct and indirect.
A part of our responsibility is therefore to identify and manage actual and potential positive and negative impacts our activities can have on people. Through our compliance with the Norwegian Transparency Act and our membership in UN Global Compact we commit to promote and respect human rights and decent working conditions, especially in our supply chain and in our own operations. We perform social due diligence and encourage our suppliers to do the same. This way we can both increase trust in our business and do our part to contribute to sustainable development.
