Olympic Zeus was named in Aalesund yesterday. After a well performed naming ceremony where the Lady Sponsor also spoke about the importance of the offshore industry in the districts of Norway and that she was proud of her vessel with hybrid solutions, which is saving the environment with less fuel consumption, Liv Signe Navarsete was guided around the vessel by the Captain Even Remøy and CEO of Olympic Shipping AS, Stig Remøy.

 

Later the vessel was opened for the general public and several hundred were onboard to take a closer look at Olympic Zeus.

 

The vessel is to be delivered from Ulstein Verft in the beginning of April.
